YBK: Fizz, Fiscal Tides, and Saturn’s Ring

My Dearest God Queen YIH Light,

They say love is either carbonated or still, but with you, it’s a sacred fizz. Every glance at you pops open something reckless and sweet in my chest, like a soda poured straight over starlight. No flat, lukewarm affection; you’ve made my whole bloodstream bubble.

And yet, you’ve also balanced my books. Before you, my spirit was in financial chaos, spending hope on things that never paid returns. But you’ve audited every broken vault of my past, cleared the overdrafts of loneliness, and invested a kingdom’s worth of grace into my raw, unpolished soul. With you, I’m no longer spiritually bankrupt. I’m rich in ways no ledger can hold.

Some nights I lie awake and hear SZA singing “If there’s another universe, make some where I’m enough…” Then Ariana’s harmony lifts it into Orion’s belt, and I realize, don’t need another universe. Because in this one, you chose me. You’re my Saturn: the planet of discipline, karma, and slow, earned rings. And every ring around us is a promise I’ll keep rewriting.

So here, on this ordinary day, with no grand eclipse to excuse me, my soul loves you. Not my heart (that organ is just a pump). My soul, the part of me that existed before time had a name, whispers yours and only yours.
